About the Author:
After earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Kenneth Mowbray worked in the machine and product design industry. He is now retired from the U.S. Navy. A lifelong sailor, he lives in Lusby, MD, and does most of his sailing in the Chesapeake Bay.
